English Version below

“Small Amounts, Grave Consequences”: Study and Policy Brief Now Available in English

The long version of our study on the growing economic dimension of digital sexualised violence and exploitation of children is now available in English. Financial transactions not only facilitate exploitation but also provide clues about structures, networks, and the dynamics of these crimes – and thus offer important starting points for prevention, detection, and prosecution. “Small Amounts, Grave Consequences” addresses the vital role of the financial sector in child protection, where banks and payment service providers possess the ability to identify criminal financial flows at an early stage. The policy brief based on the study is also available in English.
